The newer K-Block engines use a different cylinder head and valvetrain design than traditional A-Block and B-Block GY6 engines. This A10 camshaft is intended only for standard GY6 A-Block and B-Block applications. While some listings broadly reference 161QMK compatibility, the newer K-Block engines differ in important ways and should not be assumed to interchange without verification.
