TAIDA PERFORMANCE ENGINE CASE BORING TOOL
GY6 B-BLOCK • 57MM STUD SPACING • POLARIS RZR 170
TAIDA specialty case boring tool designed for engine builders installing larger big-bore cylinders in compatible 57mm B-Block GY6 engines and Polaris RZR 170 applications.
The tool enlarges the crankcase cylinder opening to provide clearance for oversized cylinder sleeves. It can bore the case opening up to 70mm, making it suitable for many 65mm, 66mm and 67mm big-bore cylinder builds.

QMK / GY7 fitment has NOT been confirmed. Do not assume compatibility based solely on engine displacement or stud spacing.

- Existing case opening
- Cylinder sleeve outside diameter
- Required finished case bore
INSTALLATION NOTE
This is a specialty machining tool intended for experienced engine builders or qualified machine shops. Proper setup and alignment are critical when boring an engine case.
After machining, completely clean the crankcase to remove all aluminum chips and debris before engine assembly.
