IMPORTANT ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
This high-torque starter requires an upgraded electrical system to operate properly.
A 9Ah OR LARGER BATTERY IS REQUIRED.
The factory starter and starter-solenoid wiring may be too small for the increased current demand. Larger/heavier-gauge starter and solenoid wiring must be used where required.
Using an undersized battery or inadequate wiring can cause excessive resistance, voltage drop and starter overheating, potentially resulting in starter malfunction or permanent damage.
PLEASE NOTE
Compare the 78mm bolt spacing, 30mm mounting diameter and 9-spline shaft measurements with your original starter before ordering. Vehicle make/model alone should not be used to determine fitment.
Professional installation is recommended for performance applications.
